Returns

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, Tile HQ will collect and refund or replace the items as the customer chooses.  Please refer to our terms and conditions for notification period.

If on receiving the tiles you change you mind, then Tile HQ will arrange to collect the goods and on return will refund minus the delivery and collection costs.
