Returns

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, Tile HQ will collect and refund or replace the items as the customer chooses. Please refer to our terms and conditions for notification period.

If on receiving the tiles you change your mind, you may return them to our address for a refund. The customer is responsible for the return carriage. Goods must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

We are unable to accept returns on adhesive & grouts.
