I need my tiles fast. Can I get them next day?

We do hold many tiles in stock and often can dispatch for next working day delivery (Orders received before 2:30pm), just choose the option at the checkout. The cut off for next day delivery of Starlight Quartz is 11:30am

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes you can, just specify the day in the Customer notes, at the checkout. Alternatively, our standard service delivers in 3-5 working days. A member of customer service will call you to arrange a convenient day.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?

Yes, but you can have them delivered to another address where a signature is possible, just specify the address when asked at the checkout process.

What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

For orders over £125, the delivery company will telephone before delivery to book in a convenient day and time. However, unless by prior arrangement, the driver will not leave the goods if their is no one in. If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional charge of £15 will be incurred.

How will my goods be delivered?

Orders over 5 square metres will be sent shrink wrapped on a pallet. The delivery company will deliver the goods to the ground level edge of your property. The driver will not be able to assist getting the tiles in to your property. If the order is below 5 square metres, it will be sent bubble wrapped with a parcel courier.

Can you ship overseas?

Unfortunately not, we currently only deliver to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland and Scottish Isles) and Channel isles.
