I need my tiles fast. Can I get them next day?

We hold most tiles in stock and can usually dispatch for next working day delivery (Orders received before 2:30pm), just choose the option at the checkout.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes you can, just specify the day in the Customer notes, at the checkout. Alternatively, our standard service delivers in 3-5 working days. A member of customer service will call you to arrange a convenient day.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?

For a pallet Standard or Next Working Day delivery yes, but you can have them delivered to another address where a signature is possible, just specify the address when asked at the checkout process.

For a City Link 24 delivery we request that if you are unavailable for the order to be left safe at your property, please inform if this is not suitable.

When will the delivery arrive?

All orders on 3-5 day delivery will be booked in for delivery on a day/time that is convenient for you.

Next day deliveries the driver will call 45 minutes before they expect to arrive.

How will my goods be delivered?

Larger orders will be sent shrink wrapped on a pallet.

The delivery company will deliver the goods to the ground level edge of your property.

The driver will not be able to assist getting the tiles in to your property.

If there is restricted access to the property

Please advise so we can arrange a suitable vehicle. This may incur an additional charge dependant on the size of vehicle required.

Can I collect?

Yes, orders can be collected from our Stoke on Trent Warehouse by prior arrangement. Please call 01782 597750 to place a collection order.
