Can I place an order over the telephone?
Yes you can, contact our customer services team on 0845 094 7984, and we will arrange for the order to be placed and answer any questions.
Can I get samples?
Yes, you can order any tiles you like. Simply click the order sample button and the tiles will be added to your order. Samples have free delivery and are usually dispatched the same day via Parcel Force 24.
Must I order by the box?
No. You can order the exact quantity required, but do remember to add on an allowance for breakages and cuts. The larger the tile, the greater allowance is required.
As a guide on 100x100 tiles, 5% would normally be adequate.
On 450 x 450, you might need an additional 12-15%.
What if I change my mind?
You can amend orders until they are dispatched, which is normally within 48 hours.

If I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
Can I return surplus tiles?
Due to the weight of the tiles, it is normally better for the tiles to be kept as in case of any future damaged tiles.
However, we are happy to accept any amount of tiles for refund.
We will credit your payment card on receipt of the tiles in good condition.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning any goods, unless they are incorrect or faulty.
Do we have a showroom to visit?
We believe that our combination of Free Delivery, High quality zoomable pictures and low prices, compete very favourably against traditional showrooms.
What is better, nine tiles stuck on the wall in a showroom or detailed product and roomset views, plus samples with Free Delivery?
Do you offer a fixing service?
No. It is not possible for us to run a national fitting service.

Can I use floor tiles on walls?
All Floor tiles may be used on walls. However, a powdered adhesive is recommended due to the additional weight.
Can I use wall tiles on floors?
Wall tiles are not suitable for use on the floor, they are generally not thick enough and the glaze is different, and not suitable for the floor.
