Sample Service

To request a sample, just click the "order sample" button located next to the tile you would like to order and checkout, or order by telephone on 01782 597750. Included in the package with your samples you will find a voucher code that you can enter at the checkout of your next order to recieve your £5 off any order over £100. Alternatively, if you would like to place your order over the phone, please quote your voucher code to the customer service team and they will do the rest.

Sample orders are sent via City Link 24 and usually arrive the following working day*.

Please note that our sample service is to allow you to select tiles, prior to placing an order. If you need a small quantity of tiles please contact the customer service team on 01782 597750.
